Order may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  Once an order has been dispatched for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
  Refunds for cancelled prepaid order will be processed according to our refund policy.

 2. Return policy
 Due to hygiene, safety and quality control reasons most cosmetics, skincare, personal care and beauty products are non-returnable.

 Return will only be accepted in the following cases:
 Wrong product delivered
 Damaged product received
 Expired product received
 Missing items from the order
 Manufacturing defect in the product

 To request a return:
 Contact Alice Cosmetics Support within 48 hours of Delivery
 Provide clear photographs or videos showing the issue
 The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

 Alice Cosmetics reserves the right to approve or reject return requests after verification.

 3. Refund and Replacement Policy
 Refund:
 Approved refunds will be processed within 5 Business Days after the returned product has received and inspected.
 Shipping charges, convenience fees or transaction charges (if any) are not-refundable unless the error was caused by Alice Cosmetic

 Replacement:
 In eligible cases, Alice Cosmetics may offer a replacement instead of refund.

 Replacement requests are subject to:
 Product availability
 Verification of the reported issue
 Approval by our customer support team
 Replacement products will be dispatched within a reasonable timeframe after approval.

 4. Product Information & Safety  
 Customers are advised to read product descriptions, ingredient lists, usage instructions and warnings before use.
 Individual skin types may react differently to cosmetics products.
 Customers should perform a patch test whenever recommended by the manufacturer.

 5. Services Area Limitation
 Currently, Alice Cosmetics provides sales and delivery services only within Manaipur.
 Returns, replacements and refund services are available only within our designated service areas.

 6. Changes To Policy
 Alice Cosmetics reserves the right to modify this Return and Replacement Policy at any time without prior notice.  Updated policies will be published on our   website and mobile application.
