We currently offer delivery services only within Manipur. Orders can be delivered to most serviceable cities, towns, and localities across the state.

• Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays and public holidays.
• During festive seasons, promotions, or high-demand periods, processing may take longer. Customers will be informed by email or SMS.

3. Shipping Charges and Delivery Time

Delivery within 4–7 business days, depending on location.

Express Shipping
• Available for selected pin codes.
• Delivery within 2–4 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Product Packaging and Handling

• Products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
• Fragile items such as perfumes, serums, and glass bottles receive extra protection.
• Products are stored and shipped under suitable conditions to maintain quality.

5. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

• Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours after dispatch.

• Provide clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
